Ingredients:

- Lamb chops 3 slices
- Mushrooms campignon 100g
- New potatoes 3-4 pieces
- Rosemary 15gr
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation:
From lemon, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper, make a dressing.
The lamb chops are anointed with oil and topped with the pan, add julienne cut mushrooms, continue saute until the mushrooms soften and then add the dressing. Bake the new potatoes.
